We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Romida Cricket. From time to time you may need to return an item. Simply fill out the Returns Form and send the goods back to us.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days. This begins with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products. With the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products. For example, visibly worn or used under-garments. We do not accept return of any products which have been customised - this includes cricket bats which have been knocked in at the customers' request. Nor can we accept garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery). We may allow the exchange of teamwear items at our discretion but will NOT OFFER REFUNDS under any circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to follow this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods.
Once you have cancelled your contract, please pack the relevant item securely. Remember to enclose your Returns Form and send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, then it is our duty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. In any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
